We organized a 3-day Sign Crafts training programme for members of the deaf and hearing-impaired community, focusing on practical livelihood skills, hands-on learning, and income-generating opportunities. The programme also facilitated the formation of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to encourage collective participation, shared responsibility, and community-led enterprise. Through this initiative, participants gained practical skills while developing a foundation for sustainable livelihoods, stronger market participation, and greater economic independence.
