We established a Training and Placement Centre at Hatigaon, Assam, in partnership with Axis Bank Foundation and Youth4Jobs, to support unemployed youth with disabilities. The initiative focuses on providing job-oriented skill training, employability development, career guidance, and placement support, helping participants build confidence, access employment opportunities, and move towards greater financial independence and economic inclusion.
